Mass Production
1.Before Mass Production
A pre-production sample of the golf covers will be provided before mass production if needed.
2.Mass Production
The lead time is 3–4 weeks after confirming all the details and receiving your approval of the golf cover sample. We have a complete production line that includes fabric cutting, size grading, logo processing, and sewing.
3.Quality Inspection
Quality is our culture. We aim to provide high-quality golf covers that will keep our customers returning. We conduct a 5-step quality inspection process during production: checking fabric quality before cutting, inspecting printing and embroidery before sewing, and evaluating finished golf covers before shipping. Any defective products will be removed before proceeding to the next step.
